Our rooms were located a very short walk from the pool area. We spent much of our afternoons and evenings pool side.

Oops, forgot the camera when Cathy and I were enjoying the pool, so no pictures of us poolside. There are other pictures of us later on the tour.

It was a ten minute walk to the beach, of which I didn't get any pictures. I forgot the camera when we were going to the beach (almost every day) and even when we were going to breakfast, which was in the restaurant on the beach (every morning).

Oh well, I did get some shot of the ocean by the pool. As you can see, it was a rocky shore and no swimming was allowed. You might be able to make out a few of the other resorts that were on this side of Xpu-Ha.

The pictures pale in comparison to the actual thing. The water and sky were so beautiful and calming.

There was also an inlet with a large boardwalk, tiki huts, and lounge chairs.

On this day the water was very rough, they had "red-flagged" the inlet and you were not allowed to snorkel. We went the next day however and had a wonderful time.
